STUPID ROBOT
Doubt this is Moonlight.  This thread, and a bunch below, were all swept here by "STUPID ROBOT" when I inquired above.  Refer to UNID 6940 LSB 0058 (about an hour after Moonlight) for more data on the BC after this post..  Different musical format; all country.  Think it might be an olde buddy coming back after a long hiatus.  Some of us do stuff like that.

 Hearing a song called "Elijah" can not tell if the song is sung by Charlie Pride or not now hearing another tune these are Country tunes "Hey good looking what you got cooking" signal here is weak but readable. Signal at 00:57UTC

I can just barely hear a song but there is a peskie on frequency who is just a hair stronger at 0100z.
