At the noise floor but distinctly audible here.

I was listening to this just before falling asleep early last night around 0120 UTC with a solid S6 signal mostly above the T-storm noise. Nonstop patriotic marching band tunes including Stars & Stripes Forever. Perhaps this was the "Sousa Station" :)

Heard here from 0113z sign on, on the SDR recording, SIO 222 to 333, perhaps even 444, by the end.

At 0134 sign off, I heard an OM say something that ended with "Sousa Station". So I guess we have a firm ID now  ;D
