"N" Beacon 10126?

Sorry, I'm new to beacons. Considering this is in the ham band, I'm guessing that this is amateur, but I can never make out exactly what the ID is. It seems to have an odd echo/multipath effect. Any ideas?

This recording is filtered, so all you can hear is the actual CW, but you can clearly hear the echoey effect.
