S8 signal but the mod seemed low, and there was a fair bit of static. The station signed on a short time ago. Hearing some music.
2354 "Pseudo Radio QSL" repeated several times, along with a police siren sound.  Then a YL talking, sounded like the Blue Ridge Summit drop address given?
2356 IDs by YL and then off

I noted a carrier here at 2343, about S7.  Could not get any audio to speak of in very high storm QRN.

2342-2356   s7   lots of punk music and voice clips

2348 announcement over police siren  "Attention? (W).  Kudo? Radio QSL (M)" repeated 3 times.   Second word sounded like "kudo" to me, but could have been "tuned to"
