Deep fried in peanut oil, traditional sauce made from Frank's hot sauce, Tabasco, and melted butter.

The traditional sauce recipe also includes brown sugar, or so I thought?

I've never heard of brown sugar in traditional wing sauce. Sounds like something a chain restaurant would do.

Could be. I seem to have heard that somewhere but can't recall the source exactly.

Those look TASTY! I usually go with "dry" fried wings and a home made dipping sauce that I make for occasional Chinese dumpling, just Kikkoman, rice wine vinegar and red chili paste, and a teaspoon of water if I want it less concentrated.

Ya know... Ya can't do radio topics without chicken wing in there some where. We have a friend's kids down here, from WNY, visiting WV, for Easter Vacation. And, we have a Buffalo Wild Wings close to us, that they want to go to. They're not bad, for a national chain, but they're no Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. https://anchorbar.com/   I've even been to the one in Niagara Falls as well, while that was still open in the early 90's. The other place I miss is Alliger's House Of Wings, in Sayre, PA.    http://www.houseofwings.com/    In order to stay open, as a bar on Sunday morning, they had to be a restaurant. The wing thang really caught on, and expanded. So, what's your favorite wing place?
