Can anyone identify where this transmission originates from? Received this evening in Northern Ireland on 451khz. 500hz offset.

Any pointers would be gratefully accepted.

This particular area of the forum is for unlicensed "pirate" beacons. The question might get an answer in one of the other areas such as Longwave loggings at

This is all I found when Googling for your question.
VVV: A morse code signal used to precede a communication check, indicating the message is a test transmission.
QTG: A Q-code meaning "What is my true bearing from you?" or "I will send two dashes of ten seconds, please measure my bearing from you." This is likely part of the communication check to ensure direction-finding equipment is working.
de: Shorthand for "from," meaning the following information is the sender's identifier.
OVVC: This is probably the radio call sign of the transmitting station although may have been copied incorrectly(?).
