Hearing some Bluegrass music and a man talking but hard to make out through the noise. S3 signal.
Talking about meeting Anson Williams from the Happy Days show.

0229 An announcement about Garfield the cat being lost. Followed by a story about Garfield.
0237: "That was the end of the story, if you would like to hear it again, turn your tape over."

Very interesting programing.

hearing music in my S8-9 static level at 0216.  heard male voice say "....keep it happy..." at 0217.

02:56 ID This is Random Radio QSL info  - "You better have a huge mailbox" "This is not Random Radio just a random signal" other "Random" ID's - pretty funny... Signal S7 - peaked at S9 and then kept dropping into the QRN "mud".

SDR recording catch. About an SIO 222 here, with some fades down to 111.
0301 "this is not Random Radio... this is just some moron playing games on the radio"
0302 "this is not Radio Jamba International, this is .... radio"

Late SDR Recording Catch
As time went on, freq. drifted upwards, from 6925.25 at 0202,
to 6925.37 at 0251

0202 - Carrier first noticed on frequency
....... - Couldn't make out any ID during this time period,
           or any discernible or recognizable words
0259 - heard only ..."@gmail.com"...
0300 - may have s/off, or faded under the noise
