Almost forgot. Here is the link to THIS MONTH'S FILES, which I update every time I copy a new file:

Good information. I may copy your format beginning in April.
How do you know files are "repeats"?

How do you know files are "repeats"?
If I let DIGTRX record and decode the files on subsequent days, then the exact same files are saved. A couple of times I compared the "new" ones (because when it saves a file, it overwrites the original one in the "saved" folder) to the PDF's I created, and as best as I could discern they were identical. This has been the case with more seasoned and serious numbers station and HM01 listeners, so I tend to trust that these are being checked out.
It's an interesting approach they have - 11 scheduled broadcasts every single day, with each individual file transmitted 12 times each hour, and each file repeated for a period of eight to ten days. (This is when they have the operation running as it should, and don't simply repeat everything for a full month.) Compared to other number numbers stations, they really give their agents a chance to get the message on their own time. :D
