sounds like a simulcast/  relay of the last days of RCI antenna towers.  In English and French at times. 
About an s6. 
Having seen the film “SPECTRES OF SHORTWAVE” in person,  it's too emotional to describe.  You should tune in.

It's Holy Thursday and the Easter Rabbits are on early.

audio seems somewhat low .
Signal strength is good but hard to follow   talking about light bulbs coming on from the transmitters power.
In French at 238z

Bits and pieces of voice heard at 0224 UTC, lots and lots of data burst QRM on top of the signal though...can hear an OM talking but can't make anything out due to heavy QRM.

0226 - Coming in very well here at S9+ but competition from
            thunderstorms.

Thanks for the heads up, I got to meet Ms. Christie at the WSWLfest earlier this month.

0235 - Sig much improved, easy listening. Thanks for this program and I'd greatly

           as lightning is beginning to pop a little close for comfort!

Been listening since 0155, shortly after getting a tip on a Facebook SWL group. Five minutes of the Radio Canada International interval followed by the audio of what's supposed to be a documentary showing simultaneously in Calgary. It's also supposed to be on 6150 AM. I checked and saw a faint carrier at 6150.5, but no audio. About SIO 322 here (4 MHz has interference in my area, always).

Does anyone know a way to watch the film Spectres of Shortwave online?  I can't seem to find any way to watch it in full.  Thanks.

The best information I could find is here. It says that "it's not online or disc," but it appears to be almost 3 years out of date, and there's a widget showing she raised enough money to print up DVD's. It may be available for purchase somewhere if that's the case.
