I had this from 2339 until 2344 on the SDR recording, quit strong, SIO 444. Someone speaking over music (could be part of the song I guess, I did not recognize it). Aha... now I do... It's a live Neil Young song. "Old Man"

Hearing a SSTV signal now at 00:17UTC fairly good signal at 10 over 9 tonight!
