Greetings new guy here.

Hearing this with a strong signal on 5810khz in Cambridgeshire.  Never heard it before so maybe a pirate and announces local frequency for Glasgow

The relay on SW is not licensed.

They gave up their AM licence when they were granted an FM frequency. 95 MHz.
