Very good signal in Norway with Slavic male vocals at 1947.

1953 - ID in Russian. Radio Pravaka Pravokator.

2205 male Russian with several iD's, sounded like he gave an address.   Male returned
several times numerous IDs.   Strong via several Sweden SDRs.   Is this someone masquerading
as Russian-based station?

The ID would be given by two men. The latter was pronounced like from Ukraine. Someone outside of Russia could not speak Russian so well.
If it was broadcast by young Russians, I admire them definitely to get out into the air.
 There was a lot of emotion and joy in the voice of the listeners.
They invited to their forum. Is this a spark of freedom?
I wish them a return to short waves!
