Echo Zulu India Unid Stn, 3-29-12, 0128-0131* & *0131-0136*, 6.925U
1st transmission: guy reading letters...ending with "echo, zulu, india" repetitively
2nd transmission: guy reading letters....."echo, zulu, india....." repetively then full text of "kmo sfq gib xpf brz kdq tmb too ecp wqk zzb pri dhn uyj mes voy alt ymv bgo spq ukf chx iil wpn ger buj zme." then "echo, zulu, india" 4 times then off.
1st transmission, sigs were in & under static. 2nd transmission, they were just above the static.
