Seemed like a loop of a Civil Defense PSA from the Department of Defense repeated, with some other clips in there as well.

Looked to be about an S6 here, but really hard to understand in storm QRN.

On 0335 w/ YL talk repeated which I could not understand.  Multiple IDs by YL "Radio G-Ga Pirate Shortwave six nine two five".  Baby giggling then an unid folksy tune.  Off abruptly mid-song at 0339.

Timing details pretty much as Chris S noted.  Unid music under TP Radio until 0253, then in the clear until 0258 off.

Pretty weak in the QRN.

Heard a quick CW QSO on 6914, 16Jun13, 1417-1419.  AAM5RT and another.  Talk about moving to another freq. 

AAM5RT appears to be an Army MARS Region 5 Training Officer for Wisconsin

As skeezix said, this is very interesting, and having heard it only a couple of times there is still a lot to learn to aid in searches the next time it comes around.  I was wondering if you knew:  From your images in the HF Beacons post, it appears as if the freq sequence is positive going; the frequency seems to increase with the "slot number".  Is this generally true?

About S6 typical as a recorder catch on 6925USB.  Many IDs, music as noted by others.
