The "address" he is giving out is here at HFU.  He is telling people to search on the web for "YHWH Pirate, like one with an eye patch, and it will take you to HF Underground".  But he also has said he has no computer or internet access.

His 4 daily announced frequencies are 9600, 11590, 15655, and 21850 kHz.

I just happened to be tuning around the 31 meter band while waking up, and there he was.

fpe, on the west coast at about the time he likes to come on there is a station on 9595 kHz, so it looks like he has slid up 5 kHz to avoid that one.  His programs have been longer for 2 reasons, he has added a bit to the front end, making them a few minutes longer, and he has gotten in a habit of running the same program twice, back to back.

I think, based on his on air comments, he is still using other freqs and times, I am not sure if the others just are not being reported or if he has actually reduced operations on the others.

fpe, he is often up several times a day on a few freqs, but at times that make it a pain to log / listen.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but I have to air one concern about this thread. I think that those that post here should think about how this information could be used to bust this station. I'm not saying that anyone here is working towards that end, but everyone should keep that issue in mind.
