7039.400 KHz Russian letter beacon M, good signal with some deep fades (definitely not the T beacon)

7039.400 KHz Russian letter beacon M, weak signal with some deep fades. Sounds distorted, now have some foreign language ham splattering audio and covering it up

4097.200 KHz  Inyo Whooper, decent signal with long fades.  When the signal is peaking I can see it pop up above the center frequency and then sweep down. Roughly +\- 10 Hertz
