Decoded two sstv images on 6960 lsb at 0415 and 0425. This image is the better of the two.



Found this photo of Hugo Chavez I believe it to be the image.

I had a terrible decode but that is definitely the image. Mine had some text in upper right hand of the image but too poor read. Not positive, but from the peskie talk afterwards I am pretty sure this SSTV was not NA pirate

I had these as early as 0338 UTC. RObot 36C and Martin 2 modes. Here are some of the better ones:
