maybe the Cuban lady but it's a Spanish speaking lady with the numbers this time she gives out about 5 to 6 numbers followed by a digital fax sounding tones on frequency 11.453 but each number cadence is followed by digital tones
listning to the world on 200' of wire  assisted by a host of Hallicrafters,Icoms,Heath Kits and Radio Shack radios.  Stevo in Maryland

This is Cuban numbers station HM01.  Yes, it uses the same voice as the "Spanish Lady" station V02 and V02a.  However it also uses the digital mode that was formerly used by digital numbers station SK01.  This is why it is called HM01, Hybrid Mode station 01, it is a hybrid of voice and digital stations.

She is sending one 5 digit group between each data burst.  She starts out the first several minutes of each transmission sending 6 different 5 digit groups over and over.  She then uses each of those 5 digit groups, one at a time, before data transmissions.

The data is in the RDFT format and can be demodulated and converted to text using the program DIGTRX.  Of course, the data is normally encrypted so you do not get much from the text.  However, at least once the Cubans have sent it unencrypted.  One assumes that was an error.

There are / have been several numbers stations that use a female Spanish voice and have been called "Spanish Lady", but not all of them are from the same country.

Is there a copy of that unencrypted message around anywhere or do you know what it said?

It wasn't on very long because it was near the end of its transmission.  The schedule should have started about 0700 UTC, so you caught it 45 minutes in.
