Possible ship position - voiced on HF near 20 27n, 69 57w. Several weak stations but heard "...we will stand-by . . ." S/S btwn S-2 to S-9, 35433. Some ALE ID's: 701, RUF, N10, EDI, D49, some too weak to copy.  Activity latest more than three hours.  ALE Stn ID 'RUF' might be USCG Mohawk WMEC 913.

I looked up those Coordinates and it shows a position north of The Dominican Republic.

good catch, ive routinely ignored this part of the spectrum for decades.
sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
