WLO/KLB new frequency?

Logged WLO and KLB adjacent to each other, CW ID and data bursts. Radio tuned to 6318 @ 0528 UTC.

Freq. different than listed:

KLB boomed at 55555
WLO under/adjacent, but crystal clear at 25544
