6925-6925
Since around 2355z (now 0005z), hearing weak continuous data tones, possibly SITOR or RTTY, not sure.
0008z: A little stronger now, seems to have two peaks like FSK or PSK (via MMSSTV waterfall)

I have it here also tried every mode I could think of could not decode it.

Pretty sure I heard the same thing about an hour or two ago. Sounded like data transmissions. Also picked up what sounded like some military talk a bit lower (around 6903) followed by data transmissions.
