Numbers station 3-22-12  1900UTC  CW  13570.1 Khz
Strength about S2-3 with noise at < S1  hum on the CW note

Started recording on a second repeat transmission.
Call up as AUNGA

Bad fade @ 1908
Almost inaudible at 1909
Very weak @ 1909 now with qrm.
Stopped recording @ 1910 no discernible signal
