Picking up a long wave station on 140khz, 2300 UTC, 4/4/12 playing music, announcer with a British accent. No ID that i can copy. Got about an S2.  Anyone know what this may be?

I am not aware of any LW stations below 153 kHz.

I found it odd also, but the announcer had a distinct British accent. I cannot copy it at all now. I don't believe it to be bleed over from a local station. It was difficult to hear over noise. Thunderstorms in the area.
BBC had been on 198 historically.
