A good signal here with a rising and falling noise floor. BH's voice really pops out of the noise. An above average signal from him this afternoon!

2017Z 15411 S3 ID "Borderhunter radio" In & out of the noise, but do hear him.
2114Z 15411 Still deep in the noise and occasionally comes up for a second or two. Can see the carrier on the waterfall, but precious little audio.
