Right now. Weak in Kiev, under local noise and QRN. Traces of music (piano?).

02.07 - Closing down;
02.09 - Another(?) signal on the frequency (stronger);
02.16 - CD.

Noted here on the SDR recording. I never managed to hear an ID. One song I managed to pick out was Jammin' by Bob Marley.

The second station was the wailing bunnies, so it's possible the first was a BL related program.

6925.2? Why that's the frequency of the crystal that Kracker uses in his Commando.

All the way to the Ukraine from ...... I can't say, but he'll be thrilled he made the hop on 20 watts.
