He-Man Radio was a pirate active on 6955 USB in the late 90s and early 00s. Shows featured humor and music, sometimes holiday-oriented. Supposedly broadcasting from a hilltop in Ohio, he has reportedly made the comment that "Upper sideband is the manliest of modes".
