Jerry Rigged Radio was a shortwave pirate active from the middle 90s into the early 00s; the op was known as Simon bar Sinister. Program material was usually music. During one memorable broadcast, this station apparently narrowly avoided The Knock, ceasing broadcasting just as the white vans showed up at the transmitter site. The station was also known for its unique QSLs.
