unid dasher

I have a dasher (beacon) on the frequency at this time.
It is in and out of the noise, copying with spectran at this time.
I know there is a beacon on 10236.700 out of Florida (FL)
but this is just a dasher.
Any ideas??
 acutally getting stronger as I type.

I think it is the Flordia dasher report on the dash rate
and we will pin this down...

i have confirmed echo at 10236.9khz  60 dashes per min.

HI Bill, ok thanks for the ID. I had seen something about the echo beacon before but failed to go back and look it up. I see that you had some rough weather out your way yesterday. I hope everything is cool with you. I'm just hanging in there, I wake up in the morning and if I don't hear any strange music, smell flowers or see people looking down at me I figure things are looking pretty good sofar and if I still have a job I know the days looking real good.
