Radio (KCBS?) Pyongyang shut down?

Ct Yankee:
From Reuters, don't know if this is both KCBS Pyongyang and Voice of Korea:

MDK2:
As of 1/31/24 I still get VOK daily on 9435 and 11710. FWIW.

Anyway, this is a more detailed article. Thanks for bringing the story to our attention, as it prompted me to seek this one out.

I'm not sure what is accurate or not. I continue to hear KCBS Pyongyang on 11680khz via multiple SDRs, and some VOK frequencies as well. I'm assuming what is off air is their stations aimed directly at the R.O.K?
