Good evening to you all. Yesterday over Northern-France, storms were present over my region but I picked up with crakings, Radio BATAVIA on 9300 KHz with a signal strengh of 3/12 LED and with a SINPO of 35322. The operator played "EUROPA-PA" at 19.17 UTC, which couldn't be performed at the last Eurovision Song Festival in Malmö. Its signal was disrupted by these bad outside weather conditions. Good DX. 1916 "La ballade des gens heureux", then 1918 "Chanson d'amour"
so 19.17 UTC is inaccurate
