I'm hearing thus one now. Poor to fair signal on portable PL660, not much better on SDR or R75. Nice African music from S/O until 17:09 when OM starts talking.

Decent copy here 1700z on with music into man in Tigrinya language.
Music interspersed thru out show
Chanting with music last few minutes then rather suddenly off at 1758z
Will post show opening and close on 30 Below
