WAVE Radio 6925 USB 2347 UTC 11 DEC 2024

<< < (3/3)

Treehouse SWL:
Good via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR ...

0019 UTC: "Contact" by Daft Punk.
0021 UTC: "Parasols" by The Courage.
0025 UTC: YL voice with "W.A.V.E. Radio" ID then "Counting Stars" by OneRepublic.
0030 UTC: "Walkin' on the Sun" by Smash Mouth.
0033 UTC: "Ride the WAVE" ID into "If I Were a Lowly Proton" by Terra Lumina.
0037 UTC: "Satellite of Love" by Lou Reed. Noise and fading are really ramping up on this SDR.
0040 UTC: Sounded like an ID through the noise, then "Summer Romance (Anti-Gravity Love Song)" by Incubus. I switched to the Northern Utah SDR, where the signal's only fair, but the noise is a little better.

Thanks for the wave of music tonight, WAVE Radio!

Dr. Strangelove:
S5 with a high noise floor tonight

Gr0undPlan3:
0052 UTC - 59+30, fading and static crashes.

dxace1:
WAVE cd around 0055

Sealord:
Late post...listened to the tail end of the show with SDR capturing the rest:

6925 USB

Fair to decent signal over the noise (not too bad down here).

00:54z female WAVE Radio ID
00:59z "..surrender to the day...did I say that out loud?.." & off

WAVE 6925 USB 23:43z-00:59z 12-11_12-24

Thanks WAVE!
