weak carrier with occasional bits of music in KCMO. My antenna doesn't do MW very well.

R. Free Whatever, 1720, 0143, 12/2/13.  Been watching the het with occasional music rising out of the static floor.  at 0143 the signal stayed out for about 2 minutes, long enough for a song to end, and an ID and some talk before abruptly dropping out again.  Bit of music again at 0153.

First time hearing a 1720 station.  Thanks.

Checked and observed a carrier on 1720, but not much more, maybe a dB or two above the noise.  Granted the loop doesn't work down here very well.

Never thought I'd hear RFW on MW! Had them on 1720 last night. Clear signal into south Jersey
