Hearing it on a New England SDR. SINPO 33333 with some fading and peskie QRM on LSB.

2232 - Weak modulation but I recognize classical music. I should know the piece but I think it's one of the Vienna Waltzes. Seems to be Richard Strauss.
2236 - Volume turned up a little, but only a little, or maybe just my imagination and maybe only briefly.
2239 - Definitely turned up a bit for ~ 5 seconds but again back down again.
2240 - Switched to male vocal pop-ish music. "Cluck, Cluck, Cluck" over the music - That settles that.
(Somewhere in here there was a quick shift to 6949.9 KHz)
2245 - Frank Zappa.
2248 - Change to Bob Dylan?
2246 - Frank Zappa, "Bobby Brown".
