I heard a new to me TIS station last night at 0020 UTC on 1620 kHz - WRVU871 from Winsted in Litchfield county, CT.  DX ToolBox made it easy for me to ID it, even with a partial ID, using the Travelers Information Station search/data window. It even told me it was 409 km away.
