DangerKitty:
0015: OM YL talking, sounds like she is reciting something in the vein of a numbers station; can't make out whatever it is she's saying
0017: reciting numbers, talking in such a s*xy manner - wait 'til she recites the Greek alphabet! What a tease!
35[2-3]32
- The reckless insouciance of this one knows no bounds.
0039: EOT

Thank you for a breathless version of English numerals (a fancy way of saying "numbers")!

ChrisLobdell:

Radiouser:
see https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,149191.0.html

0016 YL repeating 5 number groups.
0040 OTA.

hsmith77:
0017 Sounds like a female repeating numbers?

Treehouse SWL:
S7ish signal with low to moderate static crashes and some fading but good audio heard via the Lodi, New York, SDR ...

0019 UTC: Female voice reciting five-number groups.
0024 UTC: Female voice still going with the number groups. It gets nearly trance-like after a while.
0027 UTC: Some QRM from the ute signal that just came on 6938 kHz.
0028 UTC: Voice said "repeat" then "count" and then recited more five-number groups.
0035 UTC: Still going with the numbers groups. She's got a more pleasant tone than the Cuban numbers station voice!
0040 UTC: Off.-
