2045 UTC: Still going with the repeated laughing and thunder; sounds a bit like The Count from "Sesame Street."
2047 UTC: And now it sounds like The Count shouting out numbers groups.
2052 UTC: The Count's still at it, and it sounds like there's other voices or sounds in the background.
2055 UTC: Still going through numbers with The Count.
2101 UTC: Now there's a promo for a sitcom or a parody of some sort, then a snippet of a song.
2102 UTC: Back to a man counting with a distorted voice amid eerie noises.
