Man saying all kinds of candy bar names

Treehouse SWL:
S7ish signal heard with good audio via the SDR in Fair Hill, Maryland with some noise ...

0028 UTC: Male voice giving candy names in five-word groups: "Snickers ... candy cigarettes ... Hershey Kisses ... Starbursts ... Mr. Goodbar ..."
0033 UTC: Still going with the candy names: "Three Musketeers ... Butterfinger ... Junior Mints ... Twix ... Almond Joy ..."
0037 UTC: He has a really clipped pronunciation of "Jolly Ranchers!"
0042 UTC: This "numbers station" is really making me hungry -- still going as of 0042 UTC.
0044 UTC: Heath Bar mentioned. Still no mention of Mars bars, which are my favorite but now not sold in the U.S.
0046 UTC: "Candy corn ... candy corn ... candy corn ..." This one was repeated numerous times, then a short interval tune, then off.

Trick or treat and thanks for keeping 43 meters weird!
