Markokpik:
0225  2 OMs talking about politics - one insisting he has been an independent his whole life, general opinions about politics, etc.  Soliloquy about "the voice" (pretty bizarre), then story.  0252 signal dropped to barely audible - fade - slowly came up to musical loop and off at 0300.

S5. some noise, but less than 42M.
