Band-Aid Radio 6945 USB 0200 UTC 8 FEB 2026

Jim Renfrew:
Very poor in western New York, fair signal but a lot of noise. Noise is a challenge for Shazam.  I was able to ID the songs, but the voice announcements were tinny and distorted - couldn't find a sweet spot tweaking the BFO or the Offset. Fortunately, I did hear one ID.

0244z  "Theme from the Magnificent Seven"
0246z  "To Sir With Love" by Lulu
0249z  ID as "Band-Aid Radio", requests requested!
0250z  "Go Away" by the Murmaids
0253z  "Out of Limits" by the Marketts
0255z  "Forty Days" by Ronnie Hawkins
0259z  "The Night Before" by the Beatles
0306z  Appears that the transmission has ended, or noise is too great.

The usual great music

Here the entire 1 hour 4 minutes as received by me

20260208_0200_UT_6945_khz_USB_North_America_Band_Aid_Radio.mp4

Audio does seem a bit distorted/ too-loud.
