Weak copy into Masset, BC from 04:00 tune-in.  Nothing heard on any of the other advertised frequencies, especially 7000 LSB.
04:09  Mentions of WBCQ and Pancho.  Perhaps a smidgeon better.  Voice of Pancho Villa @ yahoo.com mentioned at 04:10 UTC (sounds like Janice).
