William Hassig:
0311 on Empire MI sdr2 with fair S5-S7 signal, various strange programming,

Markokpik:
0308  OM mentioning ?? Radio, into a story mentioning "Crazy Water", rambling story, 0312 ad or info., into section w/ repeated mentions of "Del Rio, Texas", mentioning beer (Corona, etc.)

Despite adequate S6 signal, difficult to fully understand story.  Good audio in quiet conditions.
