Every morning it's the same thing: get up put cloths on; quick search for s.w. broadcasts/turn on Pro-43 monitor local traffic; wash last nights dishes...... "P. U. look at all that shit that was inside me !"  fix morning cup of coffee; morning stretching exercises......"Damn more shit P.U.!" etc., etc. ....  8)
