Sign on at 2102z, announcing the WBNY relay service.  Jay clips, Tubular Bells.  Mentioned 2009 Halloween spooktacular.  Into Sycko Radio.  Huge S9+20 signal with very little fade.  SIO 555, armchair copy.

Thanks WBNY and Sycko!
