FYI only,
Dear Sir.
Terry, here at RF PARTS, gave me your email address.
She says you had placed an inquiry regarding our NEW RF PARTS BRAND 572B tubes.(yeah, 2 years ago :o )
If you are still interested, watch for our October 2015 announcement
on the 572B page of our online catalog: http://www.rfparts.com.
The October announcement should be posted to our website shortly.
There you will be able to order the 572B tubes you need.
This is not an endorsement, just sayin...

Geez Gaga - 2 years later? I have had several good dealings with RF Parts over the years. Although expensive, they are very knowledgeable and carry excellent, genuine parts. Several times they have contracted Russian manufacturer Svetlana to manufacture hard-to-find tubes to RF Parts specifications. Back in my old Garbanzo days I re tubed my old Viking Valiant with 6146Ws that were sourced that way and they worked like champs. Is this possibly what is going on here? I'm guessing they saved the addys of all inquiries in anticipation of future sourcing. Kinda creepy though... :o
radiogaga:
I believe the Chinese quality was sub par, 50% worked.
rfparts guaranteed them and were losing $$
The story was they were told to up the component quality.
Maybe they have....
And I just sold my fl2100b....

CoolAM Radio:
Throughout history, to speed development and reduce tooling costs,
newer tubes use tooling from older tubes.
The AL811 tube is a descendent of the 812 tube.
The 572B is an indirect descendent of the 811 tube.
