I thought Galei Zahal was off air, hadn't heard 'em for several weeks.  With electricity out in my neighborhood overnight was able to copy at very low signal on indoor portable.
2/13/10, 6973 AM, 0119-0150z: Rock/pop music, woman announcer speaking Hebrew.  SINPO - 25432
