Not super impressive. I'm leaving the single count decodes in the list, even though some may be dubious. I've removed any obviously bogus entries (impossible reception times).

I switched ADGPS back to only checking the nominal frequency for each channel, rather than checking from -25 to +25 Hz offsets in 1 Hz steps, which makes it run about 8 times slower. This is something I was testing here, to see how much it helped, compensating for receiver tuning errors, etc. As a check, I re-ran portions of the I/Q files with that turned back on, and did not get any additional decodes from DX targets like Horta, Azores. So I think I will just leave it off.
