Wow, had this station in Germany also, SINPO week (13221), but I made
a recording for about 5 minutes, when signals peaked here until fadeout.
I wonder if anyone can help me out with an e-mail access to the station?!

Overall conditions around 22.00-00.00UTC were fairly acceptable here, I heard
Clever Name and RFW also for a while. Later propagation decreased to zero.
