Normally 1710 is all Radio Celestial, all the time. But thanks to a tip from Barry in ON, I'm listening to TIS WQFG689. It's S9 atm, with a clear ID just heard. Running a series of PSAs.

Carrier seems to be 1710.0036 kHz

158 miles. Not bad for 10 watts.
