Hard to make out anything except the fact it's music. Thunderstorm QRN is S9 or greater here tonight.

German sounding song at 0227.
Heard "This is Radio Blah Blah Blah" at 0234.
Sound effects/cuckoo clocks at 0237

Rafman:
Radio Blah Blah Blah
SINPO 32233
0223z ID "Do Not Send Reports"
0238z ID
0242z OFF

Video [even though they don't want reports] at: http://youtu.be/SYUKbKf9td8

zackers:
Thanks RAFman. REALLY rough copy here 25121.

jFarley:
0214 s/on I think with some country rock, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious parody.  IDs given in a very low voice.
0223 Accordion music right now it seems.
0230 Sounded like "Telstar", or something vaguely resembling it.  "Batman" theme, "Woody Woodpecker" theme, "Those Were the Days",
        "Mana Mana"
0242 off

S5 in residual strom noise, some QRM on the LSB

Thanks RBBB!
